At Foshan ZONPROT Aluminum Co., Ltd., we specialize in manufacturing customized aluminum architectural products, including aluminum corrugated panels, aluminum ceiling systems, aluminum roofing sheets, and other made-to-order aluminum solutions.
Because every order is manufactured according to the customer’s approved specifications, please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom-Made Products
All of our products are manufactured based on the customer’s confirmed drawings, dimensions, colors, finishes, and technical requirements.
As each order is custom-made, production materials are prepared specifically for your project.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
2. Order Confirmation
Before production begins, customers are required to confirm all specifications, including:
- Product dimensions
- Colors and finishes
- Drawings
- Quantities
- Technical requirements
Please ensure all information is correct before making the final confirmation.
3. Payment Terms
Our standard payment terms are:
- 50% deposit before production.
- 50% balance before shipment.
Production will begin after the deposit is received and all specifications have been confirmed.
4. Quality Guarantee
We are committed to delivering products that meet the approved specifications and our quality standards.
If any manufacturing defect or quality issue is confirmed to be caused by ZONPROT, we will work closely with you to provide a reasonable solution, which may include:
- Product replacement
- Repair or rework
- Partial compensation
- Other mutually agreed solutions
Each case will be reviewed individually to ensure a fair outcome.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Customized products after production has started.
- Changes requested after production.
- Incorrect information, drawings, or specifications approved by the customer.
- Damage caused during installation, transportation by third-party carriers, misuse, or improper storage.
- Normal color differences or dimensional tolerances within accepted manufacturing standards.
6. Inspection Upon Delivery
Please inspect the products immediately after receiving your shipment.
If you discover any quality issue, please notify us within 7 days and provide photos or videos for evaluation.
Our team will respond promptly and assist you in finding the most appropriate solution.
